Clare’s place was perfect for our weekend in Margate. Location is great, close to the beaches, food and drinks spots, the caves and shell grotto. Really clean and comfy, bigger than we expected and a great outside space where we could have breakfast. Clare let us check in a bit early and sent a list of recommendations. Loved our stay, highly recommended, thank you!!

The property is beautiful and the location is great. There is no private parking but Clare was very helpful and let me know in advance of my options in terms of parking. Clare has been very flexible in terms of the check in time and she was very responsive before and after the booking was made. Furthermore, she helped us organise a surprise for my wife's birthday and decorated the flat. I highly recommend Clare's flat.

Perfectly located for a short trip to Margate, within walking distance of the seafront, best restaurants, the caves and shell grotto. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. The garden is lovely too, so if you’re staying in the summer definitely make use of it! Clare was really helpful and gave us lots of great tips too :)

Clare was super responsive and had some great recommendations for us. The location is perfect, everything feels like a very short walk away! House is clean, the beds are particularly comfortable. A little bit cold as the heaters were off when we arrived and took time to warm the place up but other than that it’s a great little flat- if only the sun was out long enough for us to take advantage of the garden!

Nice place to stay, walkable to the best spots and parking nearby. Quiet at night, haven’t slept that well in ages! Clare was really helpful and provided recommendations before arrival.
