We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and the location was quiet, yet easy to get to all the highlights in Paris! Cédric was available if needed! So glad we picked this as our place to stay in Paris.

We spent 8 perfect days in Paris with Cedric's place as our home base. Our family of 4 with two teens (14 and 16) loved the location (near 9, 1 & A Metro lines!) and were so very comfortable in the flat. The beds and linens were heavenly and having a separate shower and toilet bathrooms was fantastic and allowed everyone to get ready at their own pace w/out worrying about bathroom hogs. We loved the nearby boulangerie (Maison Julien!) + being able to get breakfast and snack things at Monoprix. The location was EPIC (steps to Champs Elysee, walkable to Louvre, Tour Eiffel, etc.) This was one of the best air b&b's we've ever stayed at and wouldn't hesitate to return in a heartbeat. We had a great time at Cedric’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The place is in a beautiful and well maintained old building. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located in a nice street close to coffee shops and restaurants. Cedric was very flexible regarding check in and check out times. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

We loved our stay here! It is a beautiful property and we felt very safe. There were bakeries and grocery stores right around the corner as well.
