Penny@Gene's place had everything we needed for our weekend getaway, it was a Awesome place to sit back and Relax after a long day, beautiful spacious inside and out, the pool table was a super great pass time for my husband and myself, we did not once feel bored, Looking forward to coming back.

We were in town for a wedding in Clayton and this was a fantastic base for exploring the Thousand Islands region. Penny and Gene were helpful and communicative hosts, sharing great tips for the surrounding area. Penny went the extra mile - she lent me a mat to do morning yoga by their gorgeous pond and wrote down directions for visiting some nearby Amish food stands. Their property is so peaceful and the room is very comfortable. We appreciated the spacious living room, fridge, and coffee machine. If you're considering a trip to this lovely corner of the world, I highly recommend Penny and Gene's!

We loved the location and amenities. Perfect location to relax and check out Alexandria Bay and Clayton. Located near several State Parks. The place was clean and had all the listed amenities. Penny and Gene were great. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed out stay at Penny Gene’s. Our daughter and her family were camping at Kring State Park and we were very close by. Penny was very accommodating with all our need. Would highly recommend staying there.
