Our hosts, Carl and Tammy, greeted us immediately upon our arrival. The cabin was lovely, well-appointed and right on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful, which was just what we needed for a weekend away. Carl gave us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby, and nothing was more than 15 minutes away. We wish we could have stayed longer! We would certainly go back, and recommend it to anyone looking for a truly hidden gem for a beautiful respite away from daily life.

The location was beautiful and Carl was so welcoming and made the process extremely easy. Great secluded location that is a hidden gem. Also has easy access to Alex Bay and Clayton, Thanks for a great place to stay!

Carls place is great for 1 or 2 people. It’s small but the location makes up for that. Right on the River. Quiet, clean, and private. Lovely place just minutes from Alexandria Bay and a 15 min drive to Clayton.

Carl and Tammy were wonderful welcoming hosts. Knowledgeable of the area and made us feel right at home. Quiet location right on the river with seaway ships for entertainment. Convenient location to activities, highly recommended to anyone exploring the Thousand Islands

We couldn't have found a better place to relax, enjoy the quiet of God's creation. Carl was so good about helping us and making us feel right at home. What a blessing to have such a place to enjoy. Beautiful sunsets and exciting to see the big ships go by on the St. Lawrence River. Can't say enough about it. Not far from all the activities of Alexander Bay and Clayton. We so enjoyed our boat ride on Uncle Sam's Boat tours. Carl and Tammy have a beautiful location. No one should be disappointed. A little cottage in the woods. We even saw a deer cross our path. We so appreciate them sharing this spot with all who would come to relax and spend a peaceful vacation. We are definitly going back God willing.
