This is an amazing find! Right on the beach and private and so cozy! Our kids loved the toys and buckets provided for the sand. We were able to relax and enjoy the views from every room!

The house was even better than the pictures. The location was amazing. The sand and water was so close, my kids had a blast. We enjoyed the fire pit and the selection on the TV. The rooms were beautiful and touches were thoughtful. I loved it. Well equipped kitchen. We’re already planning on going back. The only bummer was that the Wifi cut out the second night so the TV didn’t work. They weren’t able to fix it that night.
It was a fine house. Not very friendly for a toddler, but we made it work. It was just my wife, my child and I, and only 1 bedroom has a door. So we opted to keep the baby in that room. We also wanted to be near the baby at night, so we opted to stay in that room as well, as the other beds were either upstairs or downstairs from that room, and we felt that was too far from the baby. We would have liked to be in the master and have the baby in their own room, but wanted the ability to stay up at night without disturbing them and be close. Had the master bedroom had a door it would have made our stay more enjoyable. The adjacent park access was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck. It was also lovely to see the dunes and river and we enjoyed some of the activities around Florence. I would recommend this home for maybe up to 4 people, and those with older children. If you have smaller children you may wish to reconsider or make adjustments.
This place was amazing! The house was comfortable and clean. Our kids found games and puzzles and coloring activities to do while we were indoors. The location was so peaceful with a great view of the river and the dunes. We got a clamming license and found clams on the bank of the river right by the house. The sand dunes were so fun to explore. We would definitely come here again!
