This immaculate 3 story loft is located in one of the most sought after areas in San Antonio! Here you will be minutes from various Museums, The Alamo, Downtown San Antonio, the River Walk, and the Pearl Brewery! The space is well equipped with super fast wifi, 55 inch Roku Smart TV’s, as well as a vintage Arcade game for our gaming fans. Digital Nomads welcomed! Our dedicated workspace makes even the longest WFH day a BREEZE! License Number: STR-22-13400249 Our loft is a 3 story townhome style loft offering urban living in the middle of all of the action! First Floor: The first floor of our space is what we like to think of as a casual hangout spot. Enjoy our 55 inch smart Roku TV, wet bar with wine fridge, dedicated work space, and vintage style arcade game. Extra guests? No problem! Our innovative sectional sofa pulls out into a queen size bed and is able to accommodate 2 people. Second Floor: Here you will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a secondary living space with a full leather sofa, modern Scandinavian style chairs, and a 55 inch ROKU smart TV. The second floor also houses our very cute pocket style half bath. Third floor: Our third floor is arguably the most comfortable spot in the place! Here you will find a Lessa memory foam mattress with EXTREMELY comfy pillows and sheets. Here you will also find a full bathroom with rain shower head and super cozy towels. Gone for a run and need a fresh set of clothes? No problem! You will also find a full washer and dryer on this floor as well.

Our stay at Ben’s place could not have been better. The listing and the photos are accurate. The location is good, walkable to some sites most people visiting SA would want to visit. Also, it’s a block from the bus line. Ben is a stellar host - considerate and accommodating. If visiting SA again, we’d stay at Ben’s.

Highly recommend! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Great for couples Pros: - Super clean - Friendly, responsive host - Great quality towels, linens, appliances etc - Huge closet with hangers provided - Safe, walkable neighborhood in quaint historic area. Cons: -None
Enjoyed the location…right off a main road, but still felt like it was tucked back in a neighborhood. House had everything needed, including a nice assortment of spices. I would stay there again. Ben was responsive to questions and very flexible.
Very good location close to everything. The townhouse is immaculate and exactly as described. Ben is a very friendly host and was very responsive to questions.

Your reservation includes a free covered parking spot. You will also have access to convenient bus lines that go straight into the downtown area of San Antonio. Uber/Lyft is another great option. You will also be in walking distance of many popular areas in the city.
