Nice Place I love the jacuzzi

We would not stay here again. Positives:  The place was clean. Negatives: There were multiple basic building code violations / major safety concerns, including (but not limited to) the examples below. The steps were not shoveled or deiced once in the 2 days. We watched another guest slip and fall while unloading luggage. The loft ladder system is a do-it-yourself setup and felt incredibly unsafe to climb up and down the 8-10 feet, as it is only a couple inches from the wall for a foot hold.  The grab bars at the top were not securely fastened and wobbled when gripping. The dishwasher wasn’t properly installed or secured and tips out to when you try to open it. The plug in the mudroom was not attached to the box and the wires were exposed. The ceiling fan box at the top of the living room has exposed wires and is uncovered. We did not see a smoke alarm in the bedroom or loft. In summary, this place has potential to be nice, but multiple issues need to be addressed first.

This little Spot in Breckenridge was perfect for our first time to Colorado ! Perfect for our little group ! The views were amazing , the local town was just 5 minutes away!!

I had such an enjoyable stay here! The space was so cozy and well cared for! Rianna and Matthew were very responsive and helpful to inquiries. Would highly recommend this space :)
