I want to start by saying that the apartment is very well-located. We were happy with how close it was to everything and enjoyed that aspect. The apartment is large and secure, and the parking spot was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, other things about this apartment overshadowed the positives. The house has a very bad mold problem. One bathroom was completely infected with mold, so for health reasons, we had to close the door to that bathroom and didn't allow anyone to use it. Also, the closet in one of the bedrooms (on a shared wall with the other bathroom) has a bad mold problem as well, so we had to close that room off too. As far as cleanliness, the floor is very dirty - our feet would turn black after just a couple minutes spent barefoot. Finally, this is minor, but the place looks much better in the pictures, as the furnishings are in poor condition and very cheap.

All was good with the property. The location is extremely central and right in front of 2 tram lines. Very easy access to Airport and all parts of the city. The apartment is well furnished and all functions well. One thing to note, is the host asks you to pick up keys at a location that's a 17 minute walk from the apartment.

A localização é ótima com mercado e restaurantes próximos. Também é próximo a velha Nice Apartamento amplo e acomodou muito bem o nosso grupo de 8 pessoas. Roupas de camas e toalhas limpas A única consideração é a retirada da chave que tem que ser feita na imobiliária, dependendo do horário de chegada ou saída isso não é tão fácil ! Outro ponto é que um dos banheiros a privada fica fora do banheiro

D'une manière générale, nous sommes très satisfaits.Nous pouvons communiquer et résoudre quelques problèmes mineurs à temps.La maison est relativement propre et l'environnement est très calme.
