Another fabulous day here, we had some beautiful morning walks through the fields and it was so lovely to come back to a clean, warm hot tub bath. This is our third visit, so it’s become an annual thing for us and holds great memories .

Very remote peaceful location, although expensive for what services are provided, distinct smell in the bathroom that graham tried to sort with bleach down all the holes, however suspect something was blocked as the bath toilet and sink all drained very slowly. The large jacuzzi bath was nice to enjoy though. No central heating so had to rely on single electric heater that had not been turned on prior to arrival which would have also helped with the general temperature of the room.

Wanted a property out of town and private and this was, but I would recommend you need a car as it is 'off the beaten track', down a country lane, then winding down tracks between fields, perfect for what I wanted. Hosts were available and willing to 'go the extra mile' to make me feel welcome and even got some fresh milk for me when I explained I didn't like it in tea.
