We really enjoyed our stay at Lonnoc, it's a wonderful place! Their booking system isn't working too well... we got moved 3 times and other guests were moved around too. Santo is our new favourite place, not built up, happy people, beautiful beaches! Lonnoc Beach has a few different sets of Bungalows all from the same extended family. The bungalows are simple but charming, they are in the traditional style which means thin walls, mosquitoe nets instead of glass in the window frames so you hear the chorus of dogs at night. But it's a sleepy quiet place so nothing is really a problem. No sharks, or scary things in the water.. but bring some reef shoes and your snorkelling gear! One thing we noticed is most/all rubbish in Santo seems to be burnt... so there is a fair bit of smoke around, we took our plastics away with us. Oh and transport... it is best to get Daniel (who owns Lonnoc Bamboo bungalows) to pick ya up... a taxi will cost the same and buses are few and far between.... it seems the main place to get a bus is from the petrol station in Luganvilla. All in all we love the place! love how everything is family run, it's special there, we will be coming back!

The accommodation was disappointing. The bungalows need work and the fit out needs updating. The overall place seemed depressed and lacking love.

Host is friendly and always here to help, advice on local scenery are so useful. Mosquito repellent is a must, though not useful at all.
