Lovely long weekend in a beautiful setting. The house had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a great stay in a wonderful area.
lovely house in the centre of a nice peaceful village just 10 minutes away from the estuary and beautiful wooded dog walks. Arnside and its many nice eateries is just a 40 minute walk along the estuary, ideal for combining lunch with a dog walk. The house was very cosy and comfy which was very much appreciated on what turned out to be a stormy weekend.
We've had a wonderful few days here and have been very comfortable in this lovely house. We enjoyed walks and trips including to Leighton Moss RSPB and to Arnside for a browse round the shops and then Fish and chips. We found the village very friendly and appreciated the views from the Estuary Road (just 5 minutes walk away) and the peace and quiet. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen well equiped with all that was needed. Definitely somewhere we'd love to return to!
This is a really lovely cottage . Lovely large rooms and really comfy . Everything you needed was provided for . Really clean and warm . A great location to get into the lakes but equally lovely for just exploring the Arnside peninsula .would definitely book this again
