Myself and my two dogs had a good months stay at Joanies. The place had everything that was needed to cook and live comfortably for a month. The fact she allowed my two medium size dogs was great, and she even had dog bowls, toys, and a dog house should you bring your pets. The location is nice, just far enough out of town in the junipers and pinions but close enough to run to the store. Overall it was a good stay and would do it again.

We spent over a month here and loved the location, so quiet and with lots of wildlife around, especially birds and deer. It was a wonderful place to relax and hang out, but so close to lots of trails for hiking as well as restaurants and other downtown amenities (I found a wonderful yoga studio, for example, and several bike shops). Joanie was super-responsive when we had a question or an issue to ask about, and made sure everything was taken care of asap. I appreciated her selection of books, back issues of magazines, and the decor of the casita in general, and felt totally at home.

Absolutely loved my stay - great quiet location yet very easy to get to town. Plenty of room for me & my doggo & I really enjoyed having some garden space too! I work from "home' & internet worked well. Joanie & Lilah made us feel very welcome & comfortable.

This is a lovely small house. It is made of fired adobe brick that I like very much. Location is nice. It is rural but not very far from town. I stayed here for a month and could have stayed longer.
