STOP reading this, and book this while you can. Dora's place has it all. LOCATION: Right on the beach with the best morning sunrises while enjoying your coffee. It's located in the middle of town, so it's easy to get to everything. AMMENITIES: has everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom to comfortably sustain a long visit. The mattress was amazing and always got the best nights rest on it. HOST: What can't you say. Any message sent to her was replied to so quickly. Anything that was needed was provided. She sets the highest standards for hosts with Airbnb. If you are here to dive, then this place is another plus. We checked our gear into Amigos and just walked over daily to dive. They maintained our gear for us.

Outstanding place as described, very comfortable and well equipped. Great Location right on the beach. I could not fault anything with the apartment. I would highly recommend Dora’s place. Hope I can come back again.

This condo was an amazing place to stay for our trip to San Pedro. Dora was so friendly and welcoming leading up to our trip, and was very accommodating and responsive once we were there. The instructions she provided for checking in were clear and easy, and she gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to go around the island. The condo looks exactly like the photos posted. The place was so clean and inviting. Everything you could need is provided. The location is unbeatable. It is close to everything in town, and right on the beach with a beautiful view. We loved waking up and walking out to the ocean view and breeze every morning. This is the perfect place to stay while in Belize and you will not be disappointed if you choose this as your home during your stay! We will definitely be rebooking this condo when we decide to come back to San Pedro!

At first glance I was thrilled by a beach front property (literally walk off the porch on to the sand) but also found myself wondering how far I was going to drag my suitcase in this sand. Worries gone - it was easy to find and WELL worth the one property wide sand trek!! I found myself preferring CC over SP, but had it not been for Dora/Team and this unit I don’t think I could have loved San Pedro the way I did. Bed was huge and comfortable! Great aircon, two in the unit. More than enough room for 2 people, even on those launches at home days. And for those you have a walk into the sand location with 2 beach chairs and towels provided. No, you don’t need a golf cart - there are already enough on the island and everything except maybe Secret Beach (ehhh, touristy), is walkable. Clean, well decorated, all you need to cook, coffee provided!! I spoke with multiple other guests in this house (6 units total) and near by, and I promise you Dora’s three units are by far THE BEST!!
