Parham Plaza Hotel boasts a central location, a large front yard with hammocks and coconut trees, and comfy rooms with A/C and wifi. This unit opens out onto our breezy third-floor terrace with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and lagoon. It is newly remodeled with a brand new kitchen with vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms, & 3 full restrooms. Each room has cable TV. You can also hang out in our cozy treehouse or admire the diverse array of pets and wildlife that call our yard home. Our location is simply the best in Belize as is evidenced by our reviews across travel websites. If the beach, palm trees, nature, and restaurants are central to your trip, you'll never have to walk more than two minutes from your room.

The location was perfect! At walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There are many steps to the top floors. The place was clean and just as described. The wifi was not great.
The condo was clean, close to everything, Maintenance was super helpful... the unit had two large king beds and was perfect for a family vacation!
We absolutely loved everything about this place! The apartment was super cute, very clean and tidy. We were centrally located to alot of the stores, restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The airbnb is very well located in the center of the island. Everything is nearby & The staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend! You will not regret :)

We are located in the heart of San Pedro across from the town square and the beach, where you can watch San Pedrano families gather and socialize or try some tacos from the local street vendors.
Everything you need is within walking distance from Parham Plaza Hotel–beaches, restaurants, stores, bars, tour operators, and more. If you'd like to explore further north or south of town, our guest services can arrange bicycle or golf cart rentals, as well as provide maps and suggestions of the best spots to visit.
