The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were very good, excepting the bizarre instruction not to put loo paper down the wc - not something i have experienced since back-packing around the lesser Greek Isles in the mid 1970's and something I am sure all guests will ignore!! The kitchen was poorly equipped but a knife, wine glasses and a tea towel were provided when requested. The stools to the breakfast bar were impossibly uncomfortable and there was no where to eat a meal whilst sitting down. The Air conditioning was excellent and a god-send at this time of year. The living area was crowded with two adults and a child - if the sofa-bed had been used six adults would have been intolerable. There were no cleaning facilities such as a mop and a bucket.

This was one of the best host I have engaged with. They were very responsive, provided great recommendations; overall communication was excellent. I highly recommend staying at the Reef, especially if it’s your 1st time on the island.

Great property. South side of San Pedro, new construction, large and updated 2BR I shared with a friend. Would def stay again.

My stay at Reef's was great. My host Jaime was responsive when I needed something. Check in was easy. It's close to the airport on the island. There are walkable restaurants and a supermarket but you still will need a golf cart for other areas of the island that you want to explore. The place looks actually as described. I'll definitely book with Reef again.
