It was truly so PERFECT for our stay..EXACTLY what we needed! Perfect fir 2 couples..rooms quite separate and spacious! Comfy beds with airy cotton linens! The feel was completely beachy and beautiful. We lacked for nothing. Communication was great too. Close to all we needed. Thank you so much for helping us relax in beautiful Belize! We’ll be back!

This Villa is absolutely beautiful!! It is in a quiet part of San Pedro, but still close to the Downtown area with a golf cart. We stayed 2 nights, wish I could have stayed longer. The fact that is is right on the water is a huge plus. I would 100% recommend Nick’s place and plan on returning !

I will say the communication and service from the Brilliance Office Staff was great. Due to issues after checking in; the supervisor of the cleaning staff was right on it and very apologetic from the start. Even though we had to wait until the next morning for a response; she made sure the place was cleaned from top to bottom again for us when I explained and showed her. The trip was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The villa sits right in front of the water which was peaceful and quiet. About a 20-25 minute from everything.

Great location that is out of town but closer to secret beach. Views from inside are amazing! Would definitely stay again.
