After checking in and we start looking at the rooms, we paid for a king bed and a double bed, but one room had two single bed instead of the king size bed, so I messaged her about it. Short after a lady came up to the house and strap the two single bed together, the middle part of the bed was so hard you could not sleep on that area. Our last night was so brutal because the electricity was off from 10am in the morning and came on back at about 1am next day, so we had not water no electricity to flush the toilet we had to go and get water from the pool in a bucket. It is sad because for a place like that you should have some kind of back system for your guest. I message her about some kind of compensation for what we went through but didn’t get a response on it. I really think that we should get compensated for that last night we stay they. And they REALLY need to invest in better Beds to sleep on, had back pain for days.

This place was amazing, close to everything and yet so peaceful and secluded feeling. It truly was the perfect stay. Nellie was outstanding, when we ran into an issue, she responded quickly even though it was “after hours” and she did everything in her power to take care of us. Highly recommend this stay. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Villas. Nellie's team was very communicative and helpful. The condo was just what we were looking for and in a great location.
