We loved the location -- it was walkable into town but away from the crowds. Also a bit closer to ride to secret beach from here compared to in town. Pool right near the sea was really nice. Separate AC in main area and bedroom and both worked very well. Full kitchen, although we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of it. We rented a golf cart through Joan and the pickup from the airport was great as we were escorted to the place right after landing on the island.

The condo itself was beautiful, pool right outside our door as well as the ocean (which appeared to be one of very few spots that you could actually walk out to the water)...most of san pedro has a sea wall. Fairly windy while we were there so quite a bit of sea grass but all and all we loved the location, 303 bar is right there as well. only reason gave 4 stars on listing was top deck wasn't at all as pictured. furniture up there could really use some love, but other than that the property is well maintained. We most definitely would stay again. Joan and Spencer were wonderful. Barb truly made our entire trip. We stayed at various other places as well and she was so helpful in navigating flights, taxis and golf cart rentals. She was wonderful!!!

The listing is in a great location and is conveniently located next to a fantastic restaurant. It is recommended to have a cart to get around easily. The host was responsive during my stay; however, when a few items went missing from inside our locked unit, which the host was aware of, they did not provide any explanation or details regarding the incident. And their responses become slow. I would be under the impression looking at cameras or taking it more seriously after confirming to them we confidently know our items are missing from our unit. This was disappointing as it left us less prepared for our fly fishing trip the next day, although the missing items were not highly valuable. It would have been nice for them to take this more seriously, but they seem to not care after we ended our stay with them.
