Erica was there to give us a tour of the place & explained everything we needed to know. Also had recommendations on activities we could do. The views around the place were awesome. Great place to go relax & have quality family time.

Loved our stay here. The pictures do not do the views and just feeling of this place justice - it was good for our souls. Donkeys to feed and a playground/dog park/trail within walking distance. We felt right at home and coincidentally got to enjoy the town’s Donkey Derby Days which was a great. I do recommend following Erika’s instructions to get to the place - don’t trust your GPS. There are a couple addresses in G- maps that take you two very different places. Per Erika’s recommendation- we should have mapped to Cripple Creek and then the house is just a short drive from there. That was on us that we went to the wrong place first- so recommend following her instructions!

Erika’s AirBNB was a perfect place to spend our anniversary and was exactly the getaway we were looking for. Peaceful, beautiful, private and relaxing. We would come back in a heartbeat!

There are a lot of great things to say about this place and nothing negative. First, the scenery and surroundings are fantastic. You have full privacy and feel remote even with Cripple Creek 5 short minutes away, which isn't a bad thing if you need to pick up a few groceries (or get the urge to gamble!). The view of the night sky from the deck is expansive and impressive. The lack of light pollution allowed me to take multiple photos of the milky way and thousands of stars. As for the house itself, it is just the right size for a small group, with three sleeping areas if you need to use the pull-out couch. Be aware that the master bedroom does not have a door on the attached bathroom, which may be an issue with certain configurations of room-sharing. We had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy TV, keep things clean and just had to pick up some detergent for laundry. All of this was clearly communicated and Erika was kind enough to meet us upon arrival for a walkthrough. Loved it!
