Upon arrival we noticed that the balcony was not a part of the AirBnB. The patio on the first floor we had access to with 3 deck chairs, but no balcony. the balcony is off limits due to the house being a double unit home. The kitchen has the Basic Necessities, glassware, plates, forks and knifes. A small bottle of dish soap and a sponge. There is a stovetop and microwave. A mop is in the hallway closet but no broom. We did have problems with there being so many ants in the kitchen. The bathroom provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as hygienic paper. A few plastic bags for both bathroom and kitchen were provided. There are about 6 beach chairs to use as well as an umbrella, the host did provide plenty of towels. There are 3 rooms, each room had an AC unit which worked wonderfully, rooms did also have privacy screens on top of each bedroom door. The beds only had sheets and a thin blanket. There is a shower in the back, as well as a washer and dryer unit.

My friends and I have been visiting Luquillo for quite a few years but this was our first time staying in Jose's home. We all decided this was our new favorite! It was the perfect size for the four of us. Comfortable bedrooms that stayed cool at night and just the right amount of space. Beautiful sunrises right from the front porch! So many windows and the perfect ocean breeze during the day. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Luquillo, Jose was a perfect host and always responsive.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and the 4th time in Luquillo. We will be back as soon as we can! The location is perfect. Jose and Spencer are so helpful. Close to great food and wonderful people. We loved our stay!

Great place offered by Jose. The house was perfect for our family of 5. There was toilet paper and shower supplies when we got there late and were ready to rest. He also had bath towels and beach towels. Plenty of outdoor seating. Jose was quick to help and respond when we contacted him. The beds were comfy and each room had its own AC unit so everyone was comfortable. The location is amazing and the view is something we'll certainly miss each morning and evening. A perfect 10!
