If you’re searching for a beautiful private location on the quiet part of the island with a big pool on an awesome beach this is the house. Everything you’ll need is there and the hosts offered great suggestions on where to eat, what to do and how to travel if you decide to leave-but it’s hard to leave.

Two families (4 adults / 5 kids ages 8-13) visited for Spring Break. The house was perfect for us - great spot, all the amenities, games for all, the outdoor space was amazing. Many days we didn’t see anyone else on the beach. Rosalie and Robbie were traveling, but had everything in place and responded quickly as needed. Chef Perry joined and made meals easy for our family. We ate dinner at Bahamia, ~ 1 mile from the house and highly recommend it. We’d visit again for sure!

Rosalie and Robbie are excellent hosts! From promptly responding to all of our questions before our stay, through a question during our stay, through to our departure they were always helpful and welcoming. Sophia was wonderful as well. The house was all that we hoped it would be for the nine family members that were in The Bahamas for a family wedding celebration. And recommended Chef Sweeting was easy to work with, and provided wonderful meals and service. All other recommendations that we were able to experience also made our stay memorable. Thank you!

This house exceeded all of our expectations - every single aspect was perfect. The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person than in the photos. It was also stocked with everything you could ever need. We only stayed for a long weekend and wish we could have stayed longer! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is gated, so we felt very safe. You will too! The hosts, Robbie and Rosalie, were exceptional. Before we arrived, they helped us organize our stay and activities. They were flexible about our check-in time and even met us at the house. They were by far the most thoughtful hosts I have ever worked with on airbnb. 10/10. They recommended Antley Kerr who we could not recommend enough. He drove us around all weekend and always was on time. 10/10. Separately, we would not recommend Chef Sweeting. His food was good, but he was aggressive and rude. We made him leave the property before dinner one night because he was yelling at a young woman on our trip.

We just stayed at Rosalie and Robbie’s gorgeous home this past week with our family of 10, (which included 4 grandkids ages 4-11!). Their home was just perfect for us!! Lots of space, every amenity we could possibly need - including beach toys and absolutely spotless!!! We just loved the outdoors with their lovely pool, comfy chairs and a 2 second walk right onto the beach! They were extremely responsive to every question we had!!! All their recommendations, especially for a driver and private chef were beyond excellent! The kids loved King’s red carpet and disco van whenever he picked us up!!! We felt extremely safe and comfortable in their beautiful neighborhood! We even watched the marching band of the Bahamas Defense Force practicing!! They’re located right down the street! Thanks again Rosalie and Robbie for helping to make our vacation SO fun and memorable !!! Laurie and Howard F.
