We had visited Staithes earlier in year in a difference property and were keen to return with friends/ family. With 6 adults and a dog we maxed out this property but didnt feel over crowded. The property is over 2 floors but slightly bigger upstairs and the downstairs bootroom is brill for storage / drying. Great , fully equipped kitchen, room for 6 round the table , cosy seating area and open fire. Its on the main street , opp pub and we heard some street noise but not really at night- chatty dogwalkers in the morning!! Parking in Staithes is a no go but the bays outside the adjacent shops give you 40mins unpacking time and then the carpark is a short( steep) walk away ( everything is short and steep in Staithes!) Its a quirky property in a quirky village. We loved it. Steps from the beach/ harbour / pub and next door to 2 cake shops. Heaven.

Great stay at Safe Harbour. Great communication from Amanda and clear self check-in instructions. Cottage was perfectly situated in the old part of Staithes directly across from the Cosy Royal George pub. Lovely welcome pack including treats for the dogs. We had a great long weekend for my 40th birthday! Will certainly use Amanda again when we come back to Staithes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Safe Harbour, it was very cosy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location right in the heart of Staithes so everything right on the doorstep. Car parking instructions very clear which was especially helpful. We would thoroughly recommend Safe Harbour & Staithes as a holiday cottage.
