We had a nice time here. The house was in a great location, was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt that the home had a little bit of deferred maintenance that wasn’t apparent in the photos (holes in walls, rust in bathrooms, etc.) but it did not impact our stay. The listing advertises 5 bedrooms for a certain nightly rate but way down at the bottom of the listing it clarifies that the listed rate is actually only for 3 bedrooms and if you want the other two bedrooms open you would have to pay more. I am an air bnb owner and manager and I feel that the price & number of bedrooms offered should match on the search results and guests should not have to read the fine print.

We had a great stay at the home. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 15 minutes from downtown spots. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the great deck in the mornings and evenings! We didn't provide an overall rating of 5 because we feel that the listing information and payment confirmation page should more clearly highlight the double occupancy rule . We specifically searched for 4 bedroom homes, and so assumed that 4 bedrooms could be used. This was clearly something I misunderstood, and and info is included under ‘Other Things to Note’. I’ve used AirBnb many times and never encountered this rule before. So I feel that this should be more clear that listed rate is for 3 bedrooms, but maybe more importantly should be clarified in the payment page prior to confirming reservation. Otherwise, as in our case, we were going to need to pay additional fees after already confirming/paying for the original reservation.

This is a gorgeous house! It’s very private and has so much gorgeous greenery! Anita was so helpful and nice. The house was decorated great and had everything I needed to host an amazing bachelorette weekend for my sister. Great house for a large group of friends or a big family!

We loved our stay in Austin. The house is well set up to host and has everything you could need. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay.

The pictures don't do the house justice. So much natural light and lovely artful touches. The main room and kitchen area are quite spacious with plenty of seating. It was easy for us to move around, even though several of us were in a room at one time. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The location made it easy to get downtown and to Ladybird Lake. We were happy that Anita provided a teapot and coffee for us. There were a couple of things that we brought to her attention at the end of the trip, and she listened to our feedback.
