Welcome to Central Park Apartments! We are conveniently located on the Upper West Side, just one block away from the beautiful Central Park. Just down the street you can find local B and C subway station that will take you further uptown or to lower Manhattan neighborhoods within minutes. At Central Park Apartments we offer a variety of extended stay (minimum 30 days) private studio apartments with your own private bathroom, kitchen, and comfortable working space. Our apartments are bright and full of natural light, fully furnished and ready for you to move in! All rentals in our building include basic utilities, free cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi connection and mandatory weekly cleaning services. Central Park Apartments is a five-story walk-up building, with no elevator access and no washer/dryer units available for our guests. You will be required to use public laundromat around the corner. Unfortunately, our studios can’t accommodate more than two people at the same time and the rooms offered are not children friendly. We can’t provide any extra beds or cribs. In the building we have a strict no smoking, no pets policy. If you are traveling with a service animal, please let us know right away. The management is here for you to answer all the questions and inquiries.
