The presence of wild animals and the natural noises of the jungle can be appreciated all day and sometimes all night -depending on the season- so there is a potential of natural wild animal noise that can be annoying for some guests specially during rainy season. Public Transportation is not available in our area. *This property is nested in 2 hectares of land, there are a total of 6 Villas sharing common areas like the Cenote, Swimming Pool, Bar, etc. Common areas are exclusively for the use of our guests. No other people are allowed to enter our property. *WiFi Service MAY BE good for social media and email only and cannot be guaranteed . Streaming Netflix, YouTube and Video Conference will not work properly. Internet providers are not available in our area. We use an alternative way of communication that unfortunately is not reliable. Please keep this in mind if you are a guest looking to expect good service. ***Hurricane Season **** June-November Even though we are not located Oceanfront we still get affected by hurricanes when they come. During Hurricane season we are exposed to storms, heavy rain, high wind for hours/days and power lost can be expected that can last for days depending on the Public Service repairs in our area. You need to know you may experience power outages during your trip.
