We had a wonderful stay at James place. It was beautifully decorated and we loved the access to the beach club.
Excellent location and wonderful place. Just wish the host could have communicated better with me. There was good communication up until my arrival, then there was radio silence. As it was my first time in the country and I would’ve appreciated the hosts assistance for minor queries during that time.
Trate de comunicarme con James pero nunca respondio.con mucha suerte cuando caminabamos por una calle un señor( antony) nos dijo " you are" . Despues encontramos el beach club al 2 dia de alojamiento despues de preguntar en varios hoteles. Los anfitriones nunca respondieron o simplemente no respondieron nuestras comunicaciones. Momento muy desagradable para el.precio que pagamos. Simplemente no recomendable y seria muy malo para personas de alta edad.
A good stay in a decent area
The accommodation is superb and is situated just a short walk to the centre of Holetown and the complimentary swimming pool. Roxanne and James organised a lovely Valentines evening in the garden for all the guests, with music, free rum punch,movies and a picnic, which everyone really enjoyed. The website information on everything in the area was so good and so in depth. We even got hot croissants for breakfast on our day of departure, such a nice touch. Just to say again a big thank you to Roxanne and James, I am sure we will be back again.

Sea Salt Studios are located in the heart of Holetown, a charming town on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados, where you'll find stunning beaches, ocean-front restaurants, bars, and excellent shopping options. If you love the beach, Holetown beach is perfect for sea bathing and swimming, with chair and umbrella rentals available for USD$20/couple. For picking up snacks, Massy Supermarket and Clifton Market are within a short walking distance. Tours usually have pick-up locations within walking distance, and there's a CIBC First Caribbean ATM just 160 meters away from the studio.
Our studio is just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach, shops, and restaurants in Holetown. No car? No problem! There's plenty to see on foot. But if you want to rent a car, we've got a special discount from "Go Rent a Car" (just ask us for the code after booking). We've got free parking in our driveway, plus plenty more on the street. Feeling adventurous? The taxi stand and bus stop are just steps away - explore the island for a pittance (BDS$3.50 bus fare). Don't forget to keep those Bajan coins handy!
