Spent 30 days in the apartment on work and it met all the needs. It's in a perfect location and walkable to the Plaza. The washer / dryer are a big help and the bed was very comfortable.

I very much enjoyed my extended stay in Kansas City. Brian provided thorough check in instructions and was quickly responsive to all of my messages. I arrived to a clean condo stocked with plentiful soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc to last my entire stay, which I greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants but off the noisy main roads. I felt safe and comfortable in the building. The king sized bed and large couch were added comforts. I would happily stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Kansas City!

I needed a 6-week place to stay while in town on business. This was a perfect location, fairly priced, and easy to live in. Cozy spot, all the comforts, and would stay there again if the need arises.
