This was our second stay at Maria's beach house. It's such a perfect spot for us. The house is clean, modern, and perfectly appointed. Just what we need. Maria is a really friendly and kind host.

We appreciated that Maria responded immediately when the Wi-Fi info was incorrect. It was far from an emergency but she responded within minutes. The house was clean and lovely! (Just note that it only has one bathroom- says so in the listing but we missed that) Would recommend this house and host to others!

Great location for a beachtown getaway. The house is small but very clean and has a large, covered front porch. Maria was very responsive and helpful. The location is great- less than 5 min walk to small beaches (just make sure you go at low tides). Short walks to the scenic harbor and light house. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. 2 minute drive to downtown Scituate with restaurants, bars and coffee. For a full beach day, visit Minot or Peggotty beaches which are less than 10 minute drives. Very bikeable town!

Maria’s home is in a great family friendly neighborhood and walkable to the beach. We enjoyed Minot beach which is a 10 minute drive north of the home. The Scituate beach that was walkable from the house wasn’t as nice as Minot but was still enjoyable, just monitor the tides as there isn’t much beach left during high tide. As for the house, it was nice, cozy and clean. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and beach toys. There are 3 bedrooms, the bunk bed room was the largest. The master gets a lot of natural light in the AM. The bath is small as others have mentioned. There is no outdoor grill, fire pit or washer/dryer at the house. Bring your own KCups for coffee. Overall it was a pleasant stay for my family and I would recommend Maria’s place for your trip.
