We had the best weekend here! We were there for my sisters wedding and the house is in a perfect location! Could not be closer to the beach and also really close to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops! Lea & Michael were very responsive and extremely flexible during our stay. We were able to get an early check-in which was so helpful amidst all the wedding stress! Would highly recommend staying here for a beach vacation

Lovely location on the water in Scituate! My family loved reading through the guestbook with all the helpful and historical info on Scituate. We lucked out with great fall weather - right on the beach!

The location and views were incredible. New were able to relax in between day excursions listening to and looking at the ocean. The locals were all extremely friendly. There is a cute local store right across the street, which made grabbing a quick snack very easy.

Lea’s spot is incredible. Spacious, right on the water, and close to town. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start. Urine stains on toilet seat, at least an inch of dust on ceiling fans and bathroom exhaust fans. Trash on floor in master bedroom. None of the beds had pillow protectors or mattress pads. Grubby quilts and rugs in living room area. Lea did send someone to clean bathrooms but did not clean ceiling fan even though I told her how disgusting it was. Master bedroom bed looked like it had been slept in, no attempt to change sheets. Lea charges a $300 cleaning fee. I would really have to ask for what, it certainly was not clean for us! There wasn’t even body wash in the showers. The whole house needs a deep cleaning and painting. My advice would be to stay somewhere else, overpriced for what you get!
