This house could be a 5 star house if someone gave it just a little love! Pros: the house is large and beautiful. In the summer deck is large and grill is updated. The beds were comfortable. Water view is gorgeous, it’s walkable to a beautiful beach area, it’s wooded and secluded. It’s not too far from the village. Gas fireplace on the main floor was cozy. Kitchen is large and sunny. Cons: the house is cold, mostly top and bottom floors. Would benefit from rugs and window coverings. Light bulbs burnt out all over and lamps that don't work. Watch out for potholders with holes, I burned myself. Fridge water and ice are unusable, and leak onto the floor. Host never initiated a repair. Lack of essentials: expect to buy paper towels, napkins, olive oil. Lots of broken or unusable kitchen gadgets. Hand mixer is broken. No drip coffee maker. Toaster is broken. Huge piece of wood floor sticking up in main floor hall. Wifi is very spotty, Zoom calls not possible.

Place was amazing!… the only thing I would say negatively would be that the BBQ should be upgraded for that nice of a place/price

Spacious home as described. Great for groups and families, with room for everyone to spread out. Very quiet and peaceful place. The beach nearby and the walk and trail to the beach are beautiful! We also enjoyed walking into town, as it’s only a couple of miles. Look for eggs and other produce for sale at farm stands on the way! We had a problem on check-in, but Evolve was responsive to solve it. Phone apps did not give accurate driving directions, so caution. Also, we had a issues trying to connect to WiFi, but were able to using the network and password on the bottom of the router.
