Overall the place met our needs in terms of having large common spaces for our group of 12, in town for a family reunion. Axel provided a list to many local attractions prior to our arrival. In terms of expectations, the upstairs area was older than what was shown online, particularly the second floor bathroom which had a stained toilet bowl and older tub and sink. The lower bathroom was newer, and we didn’t have any issues with the washer and dryer which we used several times during our stay. The bathrooms did not have any shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers upon arrival but Axel responded very quickly and had two bottles brought over the next day. Finally we had an issue being locked out the second night because the code on the front door wouldn’t allow it to open (despite showing green). Axel was immediately reachable by phone and eventually we were able to enter a different way. All-in-all we were satisfied with our stay and found Axel to be very responsive.

This unit was perfect for our family's needs! We had a large family gathering and this was a great 'home base' for our weekend of activities!
