We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Woods House, a beautifully designed minimalist home nestled in the woods. The clean lines, large windows, and thoughtful details of the house created a calming atmosphere, but definitely balanced out with the Sonos throughout – we were jamming during meals. The kitchen is well-equipped and is a coffee lovers dream, iykyk. Tim was responsive leading up to the trip and throughout with great recommendations for hiking and eating. Minnewaska State Park is a trail runners dream and Harana’s markets is a gem. Post hikes, we were able to unwind with the help of a hot tub under the stars. We will be back!

Timothy's place was wonderful. The house itself is beautifully designed – very modern with lots of natural light. Everything was incredibly thoughtful and high quality – a few highlights include the heated floors, comfortable linens, lovely bathroom products, amazing coffee setup, and electric blinds. The house is very spacious and includes space for two people to comfortably work from home with two great desk setups equipped with monitors and keyboards. We traveled with our dog and the backyard was perfect for her!

Tim’s place was PERFECT! Tim was easy and quick to respond to communications and provided many valuable tips, the house is GORGEOUS and well located for your upstate getaway’s, high quality beds, heated floors, great hot tub, wonderful kitchen- what else can you ask for? Don’t look further, book this place with no doubt!

This was the perfect weekend getaway with a few friends. When we walked in, we were floored at how beautiful this place is. The photos don’t do it justice. It had everything you can expect and more. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Host sent me a digital guide for the house prior to checking in with all the instructions I could need. Hot tub was recently installed so it was not in the guide yet, but host was very responsive when I asked about it and let me know everything I needed to know prior to use. We would love to come back again! 100000% recommend.

Timothy’s house was like living in an architecture magazine for the weekend. Polished concrete floors, big windows and simple lines let us just breathe and relax. We brought kids and our au pair - everyone had space and their own bathroom and the communal area was easy to enjoy together. Any questions were answered so, so quickly and I never felt like I was bothering the host.
