Linens and towels are provided along with a few essentials to get you started, including toilet paper/paper towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your dining necessities as well as coffee maker, toaster & a blender. So all you have to do is pack your bags & maybe a cooler and turn on your 'vacation mode'. Enjoy yourself on the stunning double decks, to enjoy the view and sounds of nature. With a grill & screened in outdoor dining seating on top deck. Lower private deck with gorgeous views perfect for lounging and reading. Secluded and surrounded by nature. The private road to cabin off the paved neighborhood road is a short level gravel drive. 4x4 not required. Per HOA only bookable over 21 and one person over 21 has to be on premises with younger children. House Rules: We are a green home please conserve energy and turn of lights when not in use or on premises. This is a smoke free family home and property. For everyone’s privacy and safety and to keep the mountain peace in the neighborhood keep your speed down on your way in and out. Front door has keypad entry. Bedrooms and linens: all sleeping areas have clean sheets and pillows and plenty of clean towels in bathrooms. Full size laundry room with detergent provided. Kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking and baking. There are garbage bags provided during your stay. Once full please bring them into bear proof garbage can outside the laundry room porch. No loose trash in can and make sure lit locks in place. If you would like to drop it off at recycling center it is just after Dollar General on OLD MURPHY RD. We are on a septic tank. Please do not flush any feminine products or flushable wipes in toilet. Please be mindful and do not flush anything that should't be that includes all feminine products and bacon grease in kitchen sink. We are providing a charcoal grill as well as a closed in fire pit. Please use only on gravel driveway not on porch or decks. Thank you.
