I had a very comfortable 3 month stay at Kara's place. The space is as advertised, clean and cosy, and the location is excellent for commuting to mid town. Kara is an excellent host and very responsive to my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place for a long stay and would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Kara! ☺️

Great place; Kara is excellent and super responsive. The appt. is so calm it feels like you are living alone without a roommate. Everyone is super respectful of other people. I spent 10 weeks and it was amazing.

I stayed one month in the accommodation for 1400$. My impressions are mixed because I think that Kara is a nice and attentive host but I found that the accommodation was not very suitable for long stays and below some standards compared to the price. It's a small shared apartment on the 1st floor for 4 people. The roommates are very friendly but you have to live in promiscuity and there is no living room. The bedroom is nice, clean and has some storage space but I was a little annoyed by the lack of blinds on the window. The wifi is good but the small table is too low and small to be adapted for real working. Finally, I found that the state of cleanliness of the kitchen (the floor and the dust on the hood) and the lack of storage space is problematic. There are also too many food products placed everywhere. The carpets should probably be removed and a serious weekly cleaning scheduled. I think this Airbnb has potential for short term stays but these few things need to be fixed.
