We had another great stay here with our kids and their grandparents. Steps from the beach and a great big porch where we spent a lot of time. Lori was a great host and very responsive. Overall a fun and relaxing stay!

The location of this home is perfect! The beach itself was not crowded and the walk there was very easy, even with 3 little kids in tow! The kitchen has everything we needed and was well organized and not cluttered. The covered deck came in handy when we had some rain. We could still sit outside and the kids could play until the rain cleared. The outdoor shower had great water pressure, and even though the laundry is accessed from outside, it was not an inconvenience in any way. Lori was easy to get in contact with if we had any questions, and she welcomed us with a delicious loaf of chocolate chip banana bread! Such a nice surprise upon arrival! One thing to note is that beach tags were not included- They are available for purchase at a township building close by, or from the badge checkers via an app, or cash. We are already talking about coming back next year and we just got home yesterday!

Lori was a pleasure to work with. House was fantastic with a huge rap-around porch. Private road, 3 houses from the beach, what more could you want!!! Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather, a little cold , windy and rainy, but can’t blame that on Lori. With the spacious kitchen/living room and deck, we could still make the best of it!!! I did take a surf lesson with my son and rode several waves, check that off the bucket list ✅ Would definitely rent again!!! Thanks again for everything Lori!!!

Excellent kitchen furnishings and grill, super comfy couch; great porch space; best beach chairs and fabulous location at the quieter end of LBI. Very peaceful.
