Staff were great, place was clean. Easy access to town for restaurants and grocery.. The shower had no hot water, no warm water. Just cold.

Great location. AC and wifi work really well. The futon is comfy for sleeping but not great for sitting on. The patio is very public as it is ground floor and the pool is steps away - wasn’t a problem for me. The only odd part was management’s approach to guests - their policy is absolutely no guests, but the Security apparently listens to the guests’ conversations to see if there is any mention of guests. I received a letter from management advising me that “Security overheard a conversation ...”. Just odd - more what I would expect of secret police rather than hotel security.

This place is amazing! From the view standing on the patio (pool + ocean!) to the ice cold air conditioning, I will certainly be returning. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and flexibility of Julia -- even when we thought we had to cancel because of COVID-19 before we left and then ended up wanting to stay an additional night because it was so great! The bed (and futon!) are very comfortable. My only caution would be if you plan to do a lot of cooking yourself (which I encourage, we caught a ton of fish and frequented the local market), this place may not be for you. The kitchen is not well stocked on knives, platters, etc. There was coffee, but no spices. Also, next time, I'll bring my own insulated drink thermos as the condo only had glass and it made me nervous drinking poolside with it. More tips for future travelers than criticisms - it truly was amazing!

This is the place to stay in San Pedro. It’s a great location, right next to both water taxis. The staff is so kind and helpful, they really are top of the line for service. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom is beautiful. We will be staying here again!

The place is in town but it is on a dead end street which is very nice for reduced traffic out front. The room was cleaned every other day and the staff here is excellent/friendly/helpful. If we come back to san pedro, we will stay here again. It is short taxi ride from San Pedro airport if you fly in from Belize City. There is no actual "beach" at this location or anywhere in/near san pedro. You can swim off the end of a nearby pier but its fairly busy with boat traffic. The reef catches all the waves 500 meters off shore and the water near the shore is often cloudy. You have to take an excursion to get to decent snorkeling near the inside of the reef.
