房东不错，亲自到码头去接我们。房间很干净，房东每天会打扫卫生，设备比较齐全。位置也很好，去各处景点都可以走路到达。

I really enjoyed staying here and Paolo and Roberta were very kind and easy to deal with. Paulo helped walk me to/from the ferry upon arrival/departure and helped tow my luggage up/down the steep steps. I’m very happy with my choice to stay here as I was traveling solo and I felt safe, it was in a good location and walkable to everything, and it was the perfect size. A couple things to note that weren’t an issue for me but might be worth considering depending on what you’re looking for: 1. Steps to and from the second floor unit are very steep 2. While you’re out, they will come in and empty trashes, change out bath mats, make bed. Although this isn’t what I’m used to through air bnb, I found Paolo and Roberta very kind and they never touched my belongings, other then folding some clothes I left on the bed (since they were making the bed) 3. The reservation you made is how many guests they expect and they’ll let you know that if you intend to bring someone back, that’s a no no

Great hosts! Very friendly, accommodating and experienced. They gave very detailed instructions for our stay and this was helpful so that we knew what was expected and required in order to be good guests and respectful neighbors. The lodging were very well maintained and comfortable. It felt very lived-in and cozy. The location was centralized but not overbearing. You get what you pay for with the very professional yet personable attention. Great people as well. Highly recommended.

Hôtesse impolie et maniaque. Quand je me suis avancé pour la saluer le lendemain de mon arrivée elle a reculé comme si j’avais la peste bubonique !! On se sent surveillé et dès que l’on s’absente ,elle vient dans le logement sous couvert de nettoyer ou faire le lit! Une liste interminable de recommandations nous ont été faites a l’arrivée. Je ne m’y suis pas senti du tout à l’aise. De plus le chauffage a été coupé des le second soir sous prétexte que l’énergie est chère à Venise. Le matelas est dur , le lit couine et apparemment ils ne connaissent pas les couettes, la salle de bain est minuscule et très mal conçue. Les portes intérieures sont a 1m80, il faut toujours baisser la tête pour éviter le traumatisme crânien. De nombreuses lézardes aux murs mal masquées par de la deco improbable. Tres déçus par nos hotes qui comme beaucoup de vénitiens aimeraient l’argent du tourisme mais sans les touristes !! A éviter !
