I was in Spokane to visit my daughter at Gonzaga with family for Spring Break. This is such a lovely home. I brought my youngest daughter. We had an amazing time. This fantastic home had everything we needed. We had the time of our lives. I travel frequently and highly recommend this place. We loved the local park, great home and proximity to shopping. Home owner is a great communicator and ensured we had everything we needed.

Austyn's Bungalow was a perfect place to stay for our family. The kids loved the spiral staircase upstairs, sleeping under the window watching the stars, and discovering the world of old school Nintendo! We also loved waking up to see the kitties in the neighbors window next door. The kitchen was absolutely breathtaking and I loved how open and wide it was! The selection of coffee equipment was a fabulous touch - French press, pour over, Keurig, coffee grinder...you name it! I was unsure of the beds at first, but oh my, I slept so well and woke up refreshed and without pain. I can't say the same about my bed at home. Austyn really created a home away from home, and it was really easy to settle in and instantly feel relaxed. Kudos for the complimentary bottle of wine too! The only thing to recommend is to somehow incorporate stair lighting (spiral staircase) for those middle of the night bathroom trips. We absolutely loved staying here, and would highly recommend! We'll be back.

Austyn is a great host and very responsive. His place is a very clean, older home with lots of character and a huge backyard. Great location near a park in a very walkable and friendly neighborhood. The house is exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend the Little Garden Cafe nearby for coffee and breakfast and the Flying Goat for amazing salads, pizza and beer. Both places are walkable from Austyns' place. Thanks, Austyn, for a great stay!

Hello, My name is Austyn. I grew up in a suburb of Seattle until 2014 when I moved across the state to Spokane, WA to pursue a career in Real Estate & Finance and to be close to my brothers and my nieces and nephews. I spend as much time as possible outdoors; Hiking, Climbing, Swimming, Boating, Watersports, Camping, Backpacking or Traveling is most likely what I am doing when I’m not working. I love being an Airbnb Host, and do my best to insure I earn an honest 5-star review from each guest. I began hosting when I was 19/yo and I couldn’t handle my roommates anymore but I couldn’t afford my mortgage without additional income, so I kicked them out and began renting out my 3-spare bedrooms via Airbnb. Now 9-years and 5 houses later I’ve transformed a long abandoned historic house that was the eyesore of the neighborhood into a high quality Airbnb that brings the neighborhood up. I love all my neighbors and they fully support what I’m doing. I also manage a couple Condos in Downtown Spokane in partnership with local builders, a Secluded Lakehouse for my buddy and his family in Sagle Idaho, and a Historic Inn in the Heart of Downtown Sandpoint in partnership with two of my brothers. Airbnb is a passion of mine and I strive to have my listing stand above all the others, I do my best to earn a 5-star review from every guest I host, but more importantly when a guest returns year after year I know I’m providing excellent service. On all of my listings you will deal with me and only me, from your initial inquiry to your checkout. As of 2022 Short Term Rental Management is my full time job!! And although I almost never meet any of my guests I try to make each stay personable and memorable.
