This well equipped and stylish space is well furnished and so comfy. It is situated on the lower level of the home. It has a private gate to the yard which also leads to the private entrance. It features 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king, Bedroom 2 has 2 twins (trundle). Take time to relax by the pool which is generally open May through September (weather permitting). The pool is only shared with your hosts on Wednesdays which is reflected in the nightly rate. Other than that it is all yours. This beautiful suite is fully equipped and stylishly furnished. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry, and full kitchen. The entire space is tastefully decorated with quality original artwork, some vintage finds and well designed furniture. It has a private entrance and access to the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and easy access to Spokane destinations. The suite is on the lower level of the home. Your privacy is priority. Your host lives upstairs but will respect your space and be quiet aside from some squeaks in the floor. On Wednesday nights kids will be present upstairs and life can be a little louder upstairs (Wednesday rates are set accordingly). Access to the space is through a private gated entrance that is secured with a code. The living and dining space is open concept. It has comfortable furnishings and a 52” TV. This space can also be used for the queen size inflatable bed which can be found in the closet of the main bedroom. The main bedroom features a king bed with high quality mattress and bedding. There is a great work space, a large closet, a 40” TV and room to relax. The room has a sound machine, air purifier, fan and extra heater to assure all your comfort needs are met The second bedroom features a twin trundle bed. It is a small room but both beds do fit. When they are both set up it is cozy. Your host is more than happy to get this set up for you upon request. This room also has a large closet, a sound machine, fan and extra heater. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find all the pots, pans, serving dishes and accessories to make your favorite meals. There is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer. You will also find plastic ware for enjoying food and drinks poolside. There is a BBQ for grilling. The pool is only shared with hosts on Wednesdays. Other than that it is all yours during your stay. It is well maintained and checked daily. It will be cleaned as necessary. Your host will uncover and cover the pool daily as weather permits. We try to keep the temp in mid 80s. There are float rafts, pool noodles and misc toys available. Please observe all pool rules. Located poolside is an outdoor seating area with chairs, loveseat and umbrellas. On the deck there are several lounge chairs for soaking up the sunshine. Outside your door there is a dining table with umbrella and BBQ. Feel free to use the lawn as well. There is a high capacity washer and dryer in your space. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. You will find ironing board, iron and cleaning supplies in the laundry room. There is fast Wi-Fi. Both TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. The heat and a/c are a shared system and controlled by the host from upstairs. Rest assured, the lower level stays the coolest in the summer even when all the vents are closed. It also stays warmest in the winter but we have provided additional heaters if you need them. The air filtration is well maintain and filter is changed monthly. There is one security camera in the guest space. It is located outside as security for the gate and pool. It is not monitored regularly. Video will only be viewed for security reasons or in the event of an incident. We have worked hard to provide this beautiful space and a great experience.
