Place was very kid pet friendly! Amazing views. Ocean just a few steps away. At times we were the only people on the beach! We will definitely come back!

Overall this place was nice – right on the beach, very private, quick drive to town for provisions, super clean, and has a bunch of amenities that made our stay cozy and generally painless. That said, a few primary amenities that led us to choose this place ended up not working out: 1) The hot tub was seriously under temp (only got up to 93 degrees), and when we messaged the host they responded quickly via chat but never actually followed up – leaving me and my friends very disappointed after a long weekend of hiking and running around in the chilly weather. 2) My partner and I tried taking a bath together in the master bathtub but barely filled the tub a third of the way before the hot water ran out. We had to boil several (I'm talking 5-7) pots of water on the stove to fill the tub with enough hot water to balance the cold water coming out of the faucet – which took us an extra 30 minutes! 3) The outdoor grills were too rusty to use. For the price, we were pretty disappointed.

Thank you for letting us spend Christmas in your home. It was king tides and the waves did not disappoint. The home was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and serve Christmas dinner. There was also plenty of bedding and pillows for 8 people. We would stay here again.

we had a family of 8 stay here, the bathrooms took forever to flush, times we didn't know if they were going to flush, the hot water worked when it wanted to so was hard to shower, they want you to make sure all dishes are clean which is good but there was not dishwasher soap available. The garage where all the games are pool table and so forth is cold so we couldn't really enjoy being out there a heater would have been nice. The games they had there as far as board games were missing pieces so it was hard to play. The kitchen I will say was well stocked with what you may need which was good. the hot tub could have been turned up since they knew we were coming and we had to turn it up so it was warm enough. I believe when I found it the pictures showed it by the beach and it was the only house there but that is not the case you have one directly behind you and to the side of you . We hope to go back to Yahats next year but unfortunately would not stay here .

Enjoyed our stay with our family for my husband’s 60th birthday! House worked well for our family. Game room was a nice addition. Beach access was easy
