Had a great few nights away from home for our 18th wedding anniversary. Tiffany was great and made sure we had anything we needed. We will definitely recommend the place to friends and family and will be back again.

Tiffany is an amazing hostess! Beautiful home with lots of amenities! Outdoor living space and pool is great for relaxing, definitely the perfect place for a little R&R, and close enough to entertainment and restaurants in historic downtown! We loved the library attached to our room and all the beautiful color and art themes in each shared space! Can’t wait to visit again!

Such a wondeful spot. Would love to come stay longer and enjoy time in the private library! It was absolutely perfect. Thank you for the very awesome breakfast. Everything was wonderful with attention to the special details that made our stay just perfect.

what an absolute gem! great property, and just absolutely lovely hospitality. the location is very convenient, just outside the historic downtown McKinney, close enough to take advantage, while staying out of range of the noise :) the house is immaculately clean, and really well decorated. lots of local art and fun hidden touches. the backyard and pool are amazing, super relaxing and very comfortable. lastly, breakfast was an unexpected surprise. so often the second b in b&b is suspiciously absent. not to worry Tiffany has it covered, amazing breakfast served daily. we definitely recommend this b&b, it's worth the trip just to come visit.
