Air conditioning was not on when we arrived and it took hours to get some of the rooms cool enough to be tolerable. 1 bedroom has no AC and is not livable in the summer months. Did not even leave us a roll of paper towels. Tried to do a load of laundry and after running the dryer for 3 hours had to take all the clothes out and hang dry them because they still weren’t dry. Very difficult to get luggage in and out of the apartment due to the narrow stairwell. They really need to move the placard at the top of the stairs that juts out into the doorway as it sliced my arm as I was trying to bring luggage down the stairs. It’s like a little razor blade sticking out. Whoever put it like that literally is a moron.

it was a perfect stay in Venice! this apartment of two levels with a terrace on top is amazing. Walking distance to everything but also not too crowded with a residential atmosphere. Checking in super easy. Great communication with host. The apartment is beautiful and the views from rooms, kitchen and terrace are amazing! we will definitely choose this place for our next stay in Venice! thank you!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Lage war auch toll. Schade, dass die Wohnung nicht wie versprochen um 14 Uhr bezugsfertig war. Können wir nur empfehlen.
