Rita's home is better than we could have ever expected!! The view is breathtaking and simply spectacular. You are steps from the lake. The location is just a few minutes away from downtown, SPAC, restaurants, and the track. Her home was extremely clean and decorated so tastefully. The amenities of the community are equal to a 5 star resort with an indoor/outdoor pool, a private beach, and indoor/outdoor tennis courts, and much more. The property is maintained very well. Rita is easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome in her home. She also had detailed instructions. The rooms were spacious and the master suite is more gorgeous than the photos. The deck also has an automatic shade cover which was wonderful for reading on sunny days. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. This is a hidden gem and the best spot in the area! Thank you Rita for your hospitality and a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary at Rita’s. The condo has the best location to the water - there are awesome lake views AND you can walk right to the water. Pool and club house with bball, tennis courts make for a well rounded resort amenities. Close to race track and downtown. 550 restaurant 2 minutes away is special. Lovely trip. Rita is very very kind - a different type of person who is concerned about your well-being.
