We enjoyed our short stay with Suzanne very much. Loved the converted barn, the easily accessible shops, pubs etc in Ashburton, and great walking in the Dart valley and beyond.

An amazing barn conversion and quaint home away from home! We felt incredibly fortunate to stay in this comfortable, spacious and well designed place. It is clear that pride went into creating and decorating this green set on a hill behind an iron gate on the edge of Ashburton village. Walk into the little village to any of the specialty stores, grocery, restaurants or the spectacular Old Exeter Inn. We took advantage of the location to see Dartmouth, Plymouth, Torquay and to do some walking at Dartmoor. Suzanne provides an exceptional space and is a great host.

Suzanne’s place was absolutely ideal as our base for 3 days walking on Dartmoor. It was a joy to come back to a lovely, warm house at the end of a days hike. There were 2 of us and it was so great that we each could have a double bedroom with a double bed and own bathroom.
