A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain. The flatlet consists of a lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet .The lounge has a comfortable ottoman to relax on, and table with two chairs . Both the bedroom and lounge are accessed through French doors that open out onto a patio with lovely views of the sea. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, toaster, iron microwave and a bar fridge. Cutlery, crockery and coffee plunger are all provided. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed , lamps and cupboard . Cotton bedding and towels are provided.

Kim's place is beautiful, the photos dont do it justice as its hard to capture the charm and beauty that this cottage has to offer. The view is beautiful, a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening wine. We arrived and Kim welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. She had great recommendations for us and helped us with any questions we had. Would recommend this place to everybody visiting South Africa, just a short walk to the penguins and beautiful shops & restaurants, and a short drive to Cape of Good Hope!
