First bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and full size bed. There is also a full size futon in the living room. Cottage consists of one bathroom with a tub/shower. Heating and A/C Washer/dryer in the house. No dishwasher. Three season room with extra seating/bar area, fridge(only able to use in spring/summer months), Bluetooth sound bar, TV Small backyard with a fire pit. Gas grill provided. Full surround system in the living room and linked speakers to the dining room to play music or watch movies. House has steps to enter as well as a ramp that goes around to the back to enter. Ramp is not wide enough for a wheel chair We provide two kayaks/life jackets that you can simply walk right across the road to put in the water!
