Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in 2023 to include all of the most comfortable and modern features, this 4 BR, 3.5 Bath home can host a family, or several couples and is also perfect for girls or guys' weekends. It's a 1 mile walk to Lewes and a short 2 mile drive to the Beach - whether you choose the bay or the Atlantic Ocean you are close to fun in any direction. Linens provided. We prefer longer reservations and provide a discount for >7 days. The views are of the beautiful marsh area around Canary Creek in Lewes DE. Located on New Road, you can walk to Lewes or biking and hiking trails. We have 4 bikes with helmets for your use as well as lots of games, indoor and outdoor. We have a tennis net you can use on the generous cul-de-sac outside and there is a large area for recreation in our community.

Our family had a most comfortable stay! The house matched the pictures perfectly! There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't there! All needs met! Comfortable beds, clean house and kitchen, close to beautiful beaches! Susan was extremely responsive. We will definitely stay again when in Lewes!
Brand new home which is very comfortable and relaxing. We like Lewes since it’s close to both bay & ocean. Beds were comfortable and my wife liked not having to bring linens. Very clean with latest appliances and responsive host made it easy to stay. Having a bedroom on the 1st floor made it convenient for my wife and me, while my kids and grandkids had plenty of room upstairs to spread out. Everyone congregated in the kitchen for meals - plenty of seating. We sat on the porch while the kids played games in the yard - very fun place - you feel like you’re in nature. Also not congested to get there or drive into Lewes. Perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Lewes Waterfront Preserves is a cozy townhome community with plenty of open space to enjoy and includes sweeping views of the natural marsh area surrounding Lewes. It is close to Lewes, the Delaware Bay and the Cape May Ferry. The community is centrally located near outlet shops and route 1 connecting Lewes to Rehoboth and Bethany beaches. You will find this unique location is one of the most convenient on the Delaware shore.
We have a large driveway which can host 3 small cars or 2 large ones. There is no street parking as we are located on a cul de sac. We are within 2 miles of Beebe Hospital and the beach and one mile from shops and restaurants in the historic and quaint town of Lewes.

My husband Mark and I have family in Seaford Delaware and have been coming to Lewes for years - we love it and finally purchased our own home here. We come here often and enjoy the convenience to the beach, downtown and biking/hiking trails. We enjoy hosting and are hoping we can provide a space for great vacations for you, your family and/or friends and will be happy to help make your vacation better in any way that we can.
