Our two families loved this house. The house was clean and very private. Great views from the balconies. The pool and back yard were excellent. The pool was perfect for our younger kids with a waterfall and gently sloping bottom so they could walk in. Hot outdoor showers nearby were perfect for cleaning up. Fridge and Grill in covered patio by the pool made it easy to be outdoors most of the day. The beach was a bit of a walk down a semi steep hill, but walked in 5-10min. Was gated and felt safe.
We had a blast. Great back yard. Beautiful views. Amazing location at Sandy Beach. Loved it.

The neighborhood consists of newly constructed homes. We are less than 1/4 mile from the beach and within walking distance of some great local bars/restaurants, gift shops etc.
Private gated parking for 2-3 cars. The neighborhood is walkable from beach, restaurants, gift shops etc.
