We had a lovely time at The Tin Barn. The setting was perfect, and the accommodation was charming and had some nice features. We could have done with a few more kitchen basics, but we managed fine and cooked some tasty meals. Darren was a pleasant host.

Me and my partner stayed for a getaway for my birthday. We had a great stay but if only we decided to stay another day as 2 nights wasn't quite enough. The Tin Barn was clean, tidy and had a nice home feel to it. Plenty of walks, ponds, pubs etc. within walk or driving distance which was great. Darren was very welcoming and was great with recommendations. When we arrived there was also a birthday balloon and a bottle of whiskey which was very kind! The downfalls are that the bed wasn't very comfortable and the hot water was very iffy, was hot one minute and tepid the next, so was difficult to run a nice bath. Other than this the place although it was mostly private, it was close to a walkway to the other accommodation where lots of people were walking up and down (especially on the day we arrived), this only really affected the hot tub as we wanted a bit more tranquility with that. Overall this was a great stay though and I'm sure the host would have fixed issues had we complained.

Absolutely stunning stay in this beautiful place. So picturesque, quiet and peaceful. Lovely walks locally across the fields on the footpaths. Accommodation was spotless and everything you need for a relaxing break. Loved it
