We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Very comfortable and clean. Michelle was very helpful Robert very responsive. I would suggest that guests bring water shoes to go in the water directly in front of the cottage as there were a lot of clams and its a bit mushy on the bottom there. The public beach down the road a few hundred meters was much better to walk out and swim in. Having Bon Echo park so close was an added bonus for a day trip. Highly recommend

Exactly what we were looking for for our 3 night, 4 day vacation by the lake. Cottage precisely as advertised, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Three bedrooms, large kitchen, and two sitting areas enabled our family of 5 + dog to spread out for sleeping and relaxing. The porch was an idyllic place to enjoy morning tea and a book while the sun rose. It had the perfect mix of sun and shade, even by the lake. The kids and dog had a blast exploring the shallow lake, which deepens for swimming. The caretakers called us before check in to report a small concern after a heavy rain, and stopped by after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. An extremely pleasurable experience, would definitely recommend!

The cottage has such rustic charm it was impossible to not be relaxed. Such a great spot to just be at ease and enjoy the beautiful lake.

Beautiful beautiful cottage! The interior is spacious with high ceilings! with beautiful windows that overlook the lake and a well stocked kitchen with a gorgeous centre island. The water is beautiful! The location is walking distance to a little store which is good but it was well populated in the area on weekends. The property is beautiful with lots of shade a lovely porch. Beds were very comfortable and I love the light in the room with all the windows and the keyboard! We would recommend this place and certainly stay again.
